“Rasee was invaluable to me and I can’t imagine my birth experience without her. From the moment we met, I knew that her calm nature and expertise completely put me at ease. At the birth of my daughter, she was focused and experienced. She worked seamlessly with the doctors and nurses, keeping me simultaneously focused on breathing through contractions as well as using distraction techniques to help. After the birth, she came to the hospital the next day to check on me, see how breastfeeding was going, and bolster my confidence. Her home visits over the next few weeks ensured that I felt capable of doing this parenting-of-an-infant thing.
