HypnoBirthing: The Marie Mongan Method

The HypnoBirthing® program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition, and positive body toning. The goal of HypnoBirthing is to help you have a calm, relaxed, and empowered birth experience and to be prepared to navigate the journey of birth, wherever it takes you.

HypnoBirthing classes are taught in a format of five 2.5-hour classes. The classes are taught once a week and should be completed before 37 weeks. The classes are taught in the privacy of your home and you can pick the days and times that work best for you.
