About Me

I am a full spectrum doula and childbirth educator currently serving families in Bangkok, Thailand. I speak English and Thai fluently.

I was born and raised here in Bangkok and stumbled onto doula work accidentally in 2008. I attended my first 10 or so births in St. Louis, Missouri in the United States and that is where I became certified with DONA International. I returned to Bangkok in 2011 and the next year I gave birth to my daughter.

I want birthing people to have positive birth experiences, whether that is an unmedicated birth, a vaginal birth with an epidural, or a scheduled Cesarean. I want birthing people and their families to feel respected and to be treated with kindness and love during a vulnerable and important time in their lives. Even after all these years, I still feel privileged every single time I am invited to support a family prenatally, through labor and birth, and during the sacred postpartum period.

I am a certified birth doula through DONA International and a certified postpartum doula through Childbirth International. I am also a Gottman Institute Bringing Baby Home educator. I help run Bangkok Breastfeeding Cafe, a weekly support group for families.
